Pearls With a Purpose Foundation is sending children to school in the Philippines. The Pearls with a Purpose Foundation is hosting their BEACH BLANKET BINGO BENEFIT on May 20th at the McKay Events Center in Orem, UT. The Pearls with a Purpose Foundation was organized for the purpose of assisting families in Southeast Asia with the basic necessities of food, clothing, education and employment. In December of 2005 a Luau benefit was held and funds were raised to send 96 children to school for the first time. This event is a follow-up to the one in December with the goal of securing tuition for the next school year. If this goal is surpassed, the additional funds will be directed to their healthy water project in the Philippines and Thailand. The beach party themed event will be held Saturday, May 20th from 2:00 – 5:00pm at the McKay Events Center in Orem, UT.
